Sizing Guide
Finding your size matters — especially in shapewear. This guide takes 60 seconds.
How to measure
You'll need a soft measuring tape. If you don't have one, a string + ruler works.
1. Bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, arms relaxed at your sides. Keep it level around your back.
2. Waist
Find the narrowest part of your torso — usually about an inch above your belly button. Don't suck in.
3. Hip
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and rear. Feet together.

Sizes may vary slightly by style. If you're unsure, measure against a favorite-fitting bodysuit or tank top.
Between sizes?
You have two options, and both are right — it depends on how you want it to feel:
- Size up for a more relaxed feel and all-day comfort
- Size down for stronger compression and a tighter silhouette
We don't recommend going more than one size off your measurements.
