At Luksav, we want you to love what you wear. If something doesn't work out — fit, fabric, anything — let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll process a full refund. Keep the item.
Why no physical returns?
Shapewear is intimate apparel. Shipping returns back and forth isn't friendly to anyone — not to you, not to us, not to the planet. We'd rather make it easy for you and trust you to pass the piece along to a friend, donate it, or simply set it aside.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@luksav.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll process the refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
What's not covered
- Orders older than 30 days from delivery date
- Multiple refund requests on the same order
- Items received as gifts — refund issued to the original purchaser
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at support@luksav.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the item has shipped from our warehouse and our standard refund policy applies.
