Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 10–20 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs

Free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum.

Where we ship

We ship globally. Some destinations may have additional customs fees or import duties — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information after 5 business days, email us at support@luksav.com.

Order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us at support@luksav.com and we'll investigate or offer a replacement at no cost.

Address changes

Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Email support@luksav.com immediately if you need to update your shipping address.
